What is mithai?
MITHAI (mi-TAI) are confectioneries crafted with meticulous attention to detail, deeply rooted in Indian cuisine. Often flavored with saffron & cardamom.
What is Kesar?
Kesar (KAY-sir) is the hindi word for saffron. One of the most expensive and sought-after spices in the world, known for its vibrant color, distinct flavor, and aroma.
Cardi (kar-DEE) is our moniker for cardamom, known as the Queen of Spices. Originating in India's rain forests, it's highly valued for its medicinal properties and distinct flavor.
